"Skip tracing," as it is known in the collection trade, is an art onto itself. However, thanks to national public record computer databases, it is easier than ever to locate a person. As a part of our legal collection services we can assist the creditor in locating a missing debtor, or find a missing child support obligor, judgment debtor, or other person you need to find for legal reasons. All requests for locating services must be connected with a legitimate and verifiable cause.

Skip tracing can often locate assets as well, however, skip location is not an exact science. Often times, a person cannot be found despite the best efforts of the skip tracer. We, at our firm, are not professional skip tracers, however, we do have access to millions of public records via computer. We have located missing persons in minutes, however, we cannot warrant success in every case. Therefore, if no person is found, we only bill a nominal fee for looking ($15) and refund the balance advanced.
