Wages • The wages, salaries and commissions of individuals may not be garnished except upon an action or proceeding under the Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency Act or for support, less than four weeks of board, damages awarded to a creditor-landlord arising out of a residential lease up to a maximum of 10% of the debtor's net wages per pay period, or restitution to crime victims, costs fines, or bail judgments pursuant to an order of court in a criminal proceeding.
