- Forward a "pending claim?" What does that
mean, excatly? Does it mean sue? Are the attorney's licensed to sue in PA? If
the claim is pending, does that mean litigation is pending? If it is, does that
mean that the ltigation was commenced already? Would someone be confused by
this?
- Is there such a court as the Bucks County
Municipal Court? Actually, there is not. What then, does this attorney's office
mean by this? Is this statement intended to create confusion?
- "If you choose to make a statement of
deferment rather than a statement of neglect...." This sounds like the debtor
is obliged to enter a plea in a criminal case.
